Burial Permit

Private - Son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank BAGSHAW; born August 3, 1887, Birmingham, England. Came to US and settled in Peru, Ind. in 1912. Served four years in US Navy; later joined Minnesota State Militia. Enlisted with the First Canadian Railroad Troop, December 25, 1917. Overseas in January 1918. In combat service for eight months. Died of pneumonia February 3, 1919, in Borden Hospital, Weymouth, England. Survived by widow Mary A BAGSHAW, and one son Harry Kendall, Jr."
