In Honor & Memory of Dale Leo Bibler



Dale  Leo  Bibler  was  born  21  Aug  1897 in Pulaski County, Indiana, the second child of Albert E. and  Maggie (Guise) Bibler.  He grew up with an older sister, Beatrice "Marie" and they had younger sister, Letha. By 1910 the family was living in Peru, Indiana with the father and his new wife Bessie E. Their mother died of TB just days after Dale's enlistment (18 May 1917).

 He  enlisted  4  May  1917  and  was  discharged  2  Jun  1919. 

On 17 November 1923 he married Leota Mathews. At that time he was working as a Baker and living In Huntington, Indiana. Leota was born in Fulton County, Indiana and was living in Kewanna, Indiana at that time. In 1930 he was farming in Pulaski County, he is listed with Leota and an "adopted" daughter, Emma, age 4.

In 1940 Dale and Leota are living in Fort Lauderdale Florida where he is working as a grocery manager. While there, Dale registered for the WWII Draft.

He  died  3  Mar  1979 In Phoenix, Arizona where he had lived for twelve years.  He was buried at Green Acres Memorial Park, Scottsdale, Arizona
