Allen H. Alspach was born in Denver, Indiana on 18 May, 1900 to Abner and Ida (Clark) Alspach. Allen enlisted in the 7th Regiment Reg US; Co B. US Engineers A. E. F. and trained at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. He served in France. In 1920 he married Mary Jeness Ewer and they had 3 children. In 1923, he married Lois Wagner and they had 6 children. Allen retired from Kinsbury Ordinance. Allen died 4 December 1963 at the VA Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was interred at Ebenezer Cemetery near Macy, Indiana.
